DmarcLock Platform · Last updated: September 2026
By accessing DmarcLock or registering a domain for DMARC/SPF/BIMI telemetry and remediation, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization or agency, you warrant full authority to bind that entity.
Email authentication is infrastructure that can affect email delivery. You agree that:
Any attempt to claim domains or access telemetry without proper authorization constitutes a material breach and results in immediate account termination, telemetry purging, and potential legal referral under Section 43/66 of the Information Technology Act.
DmarcLock provides diagnostic, analytical, and remediation tools for email deliverability:
p=reject when unaligned legitimate sending streams exist.DmarcLock is a diagnostic and recommendation platform. DmarcLock does NOT serve as your authoritative DNS nameserver. Any DNS record (including SPF, DMARC, DKIM, and BIMI) generated by DmarcLock is a technical recommendation. The decision to publish, modify, or delete DNS records on your authoritative nameserver (Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) is solely your administrative responsibility.
You are responsible for backing up existing DNS zone files before applying recommendations. While our Progressive Enforcement Gate warns against unaligned senders, DmarcLock is not liable for mail delivery failures resulting from premature policy enforcement or third-party email provider outages.
Email delivery is governed by third-party receiver gateways (including Google Gmail Spam Filter, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Yahoo Postmaster, and corporate secure email gateways). While compliance with RFC 7489 and 2024 Google/Yahoo sender mandates is essential for inbox placement, DmarcLock does not guarantee that 100% of outbound messages will reach primary inboxes, as delivery depends also on domain reputation, content filtering, recipient engagement, and unsubscribe compliance.
By using DmarcLock, you acknowledge and agree that:
mailto:dmarc-reports+...@ingest.dmarclock.com).To protect public upstream DNS resolvers and ensure multi-tenant reliability, rate limits are enforced across our APIs (including a 30 requests/minute ceiling on live public DNS verification). You agree not to perform automated crawling, stress testing, fuzzing, or entity-bomb injections against DmarcLock infrastructure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DMARCLOCK INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMAIL DELIVERABILITY INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
